We quote in writing with the material included, we work to your listing date, and we leave the unit clean and photograph ready.
How fast can you floor a vacant unit?
Most single units are finished in one to two days once the material is on site. Empty units go quicker than occupied ones because there is no furniture to work around.
Do you handle more than one unit at a time?
Yes. Send the list of addresses and the date each one has to be ready and we will schedule them in that order. Portfolio and property management work is a regular part of what we do.
What flooring holds up best in a rental?
Luxury vinyl plank. It is waterproof, it takes furniture being dragged across it on move days, and it lasts through several tenancies. Laminate is the lower cost option where the unit stays dry, and carpet tile or VCT suits offices and common areas because a damaged section swaps out on its own.
Do you work to a listing or closing deadline?
Yes. Give us the date the photographer or the tenant arrives and we will tell you honestly whether we can hit it before you commit. If we cannot, we will say so rather than start and run over.
What do you install?
Laminate, luxury vinyl plank, carpet and VCT, plus the baseboards, trim, transitions and stair work that go with them.
Do you install the baseboards and transitions too?
Yes. Floors, baseboards, trim and transitions are all part of the same job and the same quote, so the unit is finished in one visit.
