Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP)
Waterproof, scratch-resistant and the most practical floor in Florida. Most homes install in one to two days.
Why Homeowners Call Us Back
Having a floor installed is disruptive. Furniture goes into the garage, rooms are out of use, and for a few days you are living around a job. Almost everybody accepts that once. What people do not accept — and what happens more often than it should — is doing the whole thing again two years later because the first floor was installed over a problem nobody mentioned.
That is the difference here, and it is not a slogan. Before quoting, the owner walks the whole area and looks at what is underneath: whether the slab is level, whether it is holding moisture, whether there is a leak that has been quietly going for a while. If he finds something, he shows you the actual spot and explains what it will do to a new floor over the next year. Then it gets fixed, or the job does not go ahead.
He is regularly the person called in to redo somebody else’s installation. The pattern is always the same: the previous contractor wanted the job closed, so the floor went down over an unlevel slab or a wet spot, and a year later it lifted. Fixing it properly means everything connected to it comes up — which is exactly the second disruption you were trying to avoid.
What We Install
Installation is the whole business — we do not spread ourselves across trades. Everything below includes the baseboards, trim, transitions and stair work that make it look finished.
01
Waterproof, scratch-resistant and the most practical floor in Florida. Most homes install in one to two days.
02
Engineered and solid hardwood, acclimated properly and installed over a subfloor that has been measured, not assumed.
03
Bedrooms, living rooms, stairs and whole homes. Carpet and pad supplied, furniture moved, old carpet hauled away.
04
Installed as part of the floor rather than left as somebody else’s job, so there is no gap to hide.
05
Tenant turnover, pre-listing prep, offices and corridors — worked to your deadline, not ours.
06
No tile, no repair work, no refinishing. We would rather tell you that now than bid it and hand it to somebody else.
How It Works
Step 01
Rough idea of the rooms is plenty. Nothing is committed and the quote is free.
Step 02
Real measurements taken, and plank, carpet and wood samples brought to your house so you are choosing in the room, next to your own cabinets.
Step 03
Slab level, moisture, leaks, transitions and door clearances. If there is a problem you get walked to it and shown it.
Step 04
Removal and haul-away, subfloor prep, install, materials and trim as separate lines — so you can see every part and change your mind on any of it.
Step 05
Furniture moved, old flooring removed and taken away, subfloor prepared, new floor installed by the owner and his crew.
Step 06
Baseboards and transitions finished, site cleaned, furniture returned, and we walk the job with you before we leave.

Common Questions
We supply everything — the flooring, the underlayment or pad, the transitions, the baseboards and the trim. You do not need to visit a store, price-match a product or arrange a delivery. We bring samples to your home so you can compare colour, plank width, pile and finish in the actual room, in your own light and next to your own cabinets. Choosing flooring under showroom lighting is one of the most common ways people end up with a colour they did not expect.
Luxury vinyl plank, hardwood and carpet, plus the baseboards, trim, transitions and stair work that go with them. Installation is the entire business. We do not do tile, we do not do repair work and we do not do refinishing — and we will tell you that at the first conversation rather than bid the job and pass it to somebody else.
Less than most people expect, and that is worth planning around. Most whole-home luxury vinyl plank jobs install in one to two days. Carpet is usually a single day. Hardwood takes longer, mostly because the material has to sit in the house and acclimate before installation. We move the furniture and put it back, and we remove and haul away the old flooring, so the part you have to manage is smaller than it sounds.
You get shown it. Not described over the phone afterwards — walked to the spot and shown the dip, the damp patch or the leak, with an explanation of what it does to a new floor over the next year. Then fixing it is quoted as its own line so you can see the cost rather than have it buried in a lump sum. If a customer does not want the underlying problem addressed, we pass on the job. That has happened, and we would rather it happened than install a floor we know is going to fail.
Because it is what decides whether you do this once or twice. Plank laid over a dip flexes, and the locking joints work apart over a year or two. Wood or plank laid over a slab holding moisture traps that moisture underneath. Neither problem shows up on install day, which is why it is so easy for an installer who wants the job closed to say nothing. It shows up a year later, when everything connected to the damage has to come up again.
No. The quote visit is free and there is no obligation. We measure properly, bring samples, look at the subfloor and give you an itemised number. If the honest answer is that your job needs something done first, or that we are not the right contractor for it, that is what you will hear.
